Terms & Conditions

General

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A donation increases the number of entries but is not required to participate. Open to legal residents of eligible regions, except where prohibited by law. Some prizes are restricted to continental U.S. winners only.

Must be 18 or older to enter. Donors are advised to include their Twitch Name and a working email address in their donation form.

Entries

Participants receive one (1) entry for every $10 donation. One (1) free entry is available per individual by completing the required form. Additional free entries are not available.

Prize Tiers

Prize tiers and milestone giveaway details are listed on the Milestones & Giveaways page. Prizes are subject to change. The organisers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection & Claiming

Winners will be selected at random and notified via email. If a working email address is not present, winners will be contacted via Twitch Whisper. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

Eligibility

Open to participants worldwide unless otherwise specified for individual prizes. Physical prizes shipped outside the continental U.S. may be subject to additional shipping costs or restrictions. Digital prizes have no geographic restriction.

Shipping Policy

Shipping of auction, raffle, and individual streamer giveaway prizes is at the sole discretion of the streamer providing the prize. Each streamer determines their own shipping policy, which may include free shipping, discounted shipping, or requiring the winner to cover shipping costs. Shipping terms for a specific prize will be communicated to the winner at the time of notification.

Major milestone giveaways organised by the Charity Stream-A-Thon will include free shipping. For international winners of milestone prizes, the organisers will coordinate directly with the winner to accommodate shipping to their location.

Agreement

By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and the decisions of the Pokémon Community Stream-A-Thon organisers, which are final. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms.

Donations

All donations are processed through Tiltify and go directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Donations are non-refundable. The Pokémon Community Charity Stream-A-Thon is not a registered charitable organisation — it is a fundraising event supporting St. Jude through their official Tiltify campaign.
